Ronda Rousey, Does She Have Heat, or is it a Work?

One of UFC's biggest star Ronda Rousey joined the WWE a full-time superstar. She made her debut after Asuka won the first-ever women's Royal Rumble. While the city of Philadelphia was excited to see her make her anticipated debut, the internet was not too happy about this. But who cares about them, what we care about is what the superstars think. Former WWE Divas Champion Nikki Bella took to Twitter to express how she feels about Rousey's debut. Not only did Nikki go to Twitter, but so did Dana Brooke and Hall of Famer, Madusa aka Alundra Blayze. Is this real?

If It Is Heat...

You cannot blame the ladies for being upset. They are on the road every week and prepared for this moment, only to see a newcomer take it away. No one is talking about Asuka winning, no one is talking about the legends and Hall of Famers who returned, instead they are talking about someone who lost two fights in a row, refused to talk about it and now has invaded their world. But, looking at the bigger picture, everyone is talking about WWE's women's division. This is an opportunity for everyone to step their game and win over some of the new fans.

This would be a great build up to a feud between Rousey and Nikki. We know Brooke is a member of Titus Worldwide, but we could easily see her jobbing out to Rousey in Rousey's first match. There are rumors that are saying that Rousey will team with The Rock to face Stephanie McMahon and Triple H at WrestleMania, but if those are false, a match with Nikki Bella could work as well. This would also give us the money match of Charlotte vs Asuka at WrestleMania.

I honestly believe this is a work, but if it is not, I do not think there will be any consequences for those tweets. After all, Bruce Prichard constantly reminds us that Vince McMahon loves competition and drama. So if Nikki and Brooke aren't happy, this will def force them to step their game up.  So only time will tell, but one thing is for certain business has picked up in the WWE women's division.
